Registration:    $360
Student registration:    $290

Registration includes:
• All conference sessions, from Fri 28 Nov 9.00am to Sun 13 Nov 5.00pm
• Morning & afternoon teas, and lunches

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held on Saturday 29 November, 7pm.
Landmark Restaurant, 101/358 Mains Rd, Sunnybank.
Seats are limited to 70.
Cost: $70

Delegates may bring guests to the conference dinner for an additional charge of $70 per person. Select the number of people (including yourself) when you register for the conference.

Queensland Museum - behind the scenes tour of highlights of the Chinese Australian historical collection

Starting at the bus stop on Mains Road outside Sunny Park Shopping Centre. Limit of 20 people.

Accommodation

Delegates should make their own accommodation arrangements.

Alternatively, you can choose to become a hotel member and book directly through the hotel’s website to receive a 14% discount, which may offer even better value depending on your stay.

From October 27, the hotel will be under new management so these discounts may not be available for bookings made after October 26. Enquire with the hotel management.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in writing to dragontailsconferences@gmail.com Delegates cancelling before 10 Nov 2025 will receive a full refund. Delegates cancelling from 10 Nov to 21 Nov 2025 inclusive will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after 21 Nov 2025.
