Registration and payment for Dragon Tails 2022 is being handled through Register Now, an online registration and secure payment company:

Registration fees

Early bird Registration - closes Sunday 23 Oct 2022, 11pm
Early bird - registration - pay by 23 Oct:    $295
Early bird - student registration - pay by 23 Oct:   $260

Registration - pay after 3 Nov:    $415
Student registration - pay after 3 Nov:    $325

Registration includes:
• All conference sessions, from Fri 11 Nov 9.00am to Sun 13 Nov 5.00pm
• Morning & afternoon teas, and lunches

Conference dinner

An eight-course conference banquet will be held on Saturday 12 November, 7pm, at Launceston’s oldest Cantonese restaurant, the aptly named Canton Restaurant, 201-203 Charles St, Launceston. Seats are limited to 90.
Cost: $50

Delegates may bring guests to the conference dinner for an additional charge of $50 per person. Select the number of people (including yourself) when you register for the conference.

Behind the scenes tour of the Chinese temple & clothing collections at the Queen Victoria Art Gallery, Royal Park.
$10 per person. Bookings required - numbers restricted to maximum of 25.

$10 per person. Bookings required - numbers restricted to maximum of 25.

Accommodation

Delegates should make their own accommodation arrangements.

Conference publication donation

We would like to produce an online Conference Proceedings publication, after the conference. Any small contribution to assist with the book production and publication costs would be much appreciated.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in writing to dragontailsconferences@gmail.com. Delegates cancelling before 24 Oct 2022 will receive a full refund. Delegates cancelling from 24 Oct to 4 Nov 2022 inclusive will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after 4 Nov 2022.
